Are you running on empty underneath it all?

If you are snapping over small things, battling a relentless wave of mum guilt, overthinking every decision at work and wondering where you went underneath the routines and the high expectations — you do not have to figure it out alone.

I'm Dr Aisling Bunting, director at Anchored Psychology, and as an Irish clinical psychologist and a mother who has spent over two decades raising a family far from my roots, I understand the isolation and pressure of parenting away from home alongside the universal pressures of modern motherhood. My practice combines evidence-based psychology with a grounded, human space — to quiet the inner pressure, find your balance, and rediscover your anchor.
